The IPVideo application serves as a comprehensive remote video solution for NVR, DVR, and IP camera systems. It offers a suite of features designed for effective surveillance management, such as remote live monitoring, digital output triggering, digital input alarm detection, and camera motion detection. Users can also benefit from PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) camera control and two-way audio communication with the camera. Additionally, the application provides remote focus capabilities for autofocus cameras and supports digital zoom functionality.

A notable aspect of IPVideo is its remote playback feature, which allows users to search through recordings stored on NVR or DVR systems. Recording footage from an IP camera stored on an SD card can also be easily accessed and viewed. Notifications for motion and alarm events are facilitated through the Apple Push Notification Service, allowing users to swiftly review incidents by simply clicking on the notification.
